It is with deep sadness I have to inform you of the passing of Andy Young. Taken far too soon Andy passed away peacefully this morning in Marie Curie Hospice with his wife Lee-Anne by his side. Andy was a great friend and a long time club member before he moved on to ride with the Bikehouse. We enjoyed many a gallop for the 30s and I even let him win the odd one. Heartbreaking news.
He will be remembered by all who had the pleasure to ride with him for his wicked sense of humour which he retained to the end. The big lad will be greatly missed.
Deepest sympathy for Lee-Anne and his young son Leo and all the immediate family who have supported him through his illness.

Andy’s funeral will be on Wednesday 1st February at 12.00 at St Columbanus’ (Ballyholme Parish Church) with committal at Clandeboye Cemetery then onto the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel.
